Before redesigning Home Page
The v.1.1.0 home page did not capture the essence and full details of the Samey Ai product. There was also a lack of visuals and content in the v.1.1.0. Some and most of the information on this version are also not valid, information like the testimonials and problems information on this version are also not valid, information like the testimonials and problems Samey AI is solving.
This version lacked a lot of things as listed below
Relatable and updated visuals of the desktop applications

Call to action buttons that leads users to important places on the website and increase possible leads.
Search engine optimisation (SEO), using valid keywords that will help users locate the website properly.
Absence of frequently asked questions and social proofs
After redesigning Home Page
The v 1.2.0 provided everything the v.1.1.0 lacked, visually and content-wise and optimising the search engine as well. Actions like
Improving Typography: Increasing the weight if the h1 “Your AI work assistant for enterprise”
Improving Call to action buttons: Adding an input form field to join waitlist of the desktop applications as opposed to the previous call to action button that says Join demo and learn more.
Social Proof: The social proof showing the companies Samey Ai has partnered with in the past to help with their enterprise (This list will be continually updated as the list of companies increases)
Features with Visuals: The updated version of Samey AI has the features accompanied with visuals to help users have a brief insight of what the desktop application looks like, prompting them to want to join the application.
Intergrations and FAQ: The integrations that Samey AI has incorporated in the desktop application is shown on the website as well for the users to see. Also frequently asked questions that users may have was added as well.

Things I did differently
The use of neutral colors throughout: The initial website design used multiple colors that made the design not as clean as i would have initially wanted it to be.
Shorter width content: The content for the new website is shorter than the first one, this will help users to read from left to right.
Use of proper visuals for the sector features: using the right images helps convey the right message for the users instead of vaguely using any image.
Not using text for the widget images: Using text in the widget images will only confuse the users on what to focus on and causing distraction in the long run. Down the line they can be features such as Marketplace, where companies and brands can come and fine influencers based on what they will be needing, the business pay a percentage to the product to access some influencers.
Career Section
The updated career page does not have many changes to it. This shows a briefing about the careers in Samey AI and how Samey Ai values its employees. Followed by reasons to work with us and then the opening available in Samey AI.
The about us Section
The about us page highlights the brief about and details of Samey AI. Showing our story, our vision and our mission as a team. It also includes the founding team.
The design for this about page was initially planned to be designed with a max width added to it, so that users doesn’t have to scroll from one end to another because longer text are better made a shorter width length so that users can read it without getting overwhelmed.
The about us Section
The contact us page has exactly what i had in mind, a design with minimal information to focus the user's attention to just filling the form, requiring vital information like full name, work email address, phone number and company and the message the user would like to share with Samey Ai. And finally, the socials for easy communication.
Wrapping up
The redesigning of the website opened my eyes to a lot of design choices that will effectively help the users while navigating the website. The new website is not only aesthetically pleasing but filled with a lot of content. For this new website, users won't have to scroll through a lot of things to understand what Samey AI does and offers.
